Biography:
Shannon Sullivan is a professor of Philosophy and Health Psychology and chair of the Philosophy Department at UNC Charlotte. She is author or editor of eight books, including most recently “Good White People: The Problem with Middle-Class White Anti-Racism” (2014), “The Physiology of Sexist and Racist Oppression” (2015), and “Feminist Interpretations of William James” (2015). Her latest book on white privilege is forthcoming in 2019 as part of Polity Press’s THINK series.
