Biography:

Anthony Fodor has extensive experience in both academic and industrial settings in the analysis and interpretation of complex, multi-factorial datasets. He has been an active participant of the data analysis team analyzing microbiome data generated from the Human Microbiome Project and, more recently, the Microbiome Quality Control Project. He has a long-standing history in next generation sequencing technology and bioinformatics, including developing bioinformatics algorithms and new tools for the visualization and interpretation of biological data.
