Biography:

Meera Sridhar, Ph.D. is an associate professor in the Department of Software and Information Systems at UNC Charlotte. Sridhar received her Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Texas at Dallas and her B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University. She has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, including software / systems security, IoT security and CPS security, and cybersecurity education research. Her research is funded by the NSF and the State of North Carolina, and has been published in top security, formal methods, and cybersecurity / computer science education venues.

Sridhar is the Director of the SmartHome / IoT Lab at UNC Charlotte.
